Blue Note Music Return Policy

We want you to buy with confidence.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including all original accessories, packaging, and documentation.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• The buyer must insure the package for its full purchase value. If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping, the buyer is responsible for filing any insurance claim with the carrier.
• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5 business days.
• Refunds are for the purchase price minus the actual outbound shipping cost paid by Blue Note Music. We often charge less than our actual shipping cost. A copy of our shipping receipt will be provided upon written request.
• Returns that arrive damaged, incomplete, or in a different condition than when originally shipped may receive a reduced refund or be returned to the buyer.
